Dr. Orfanello enjoys the artistic side of dentistry and improving people's lives. She completed Advanced Training in General Dentistry at the Foundry Dental Center in Birmingham Alabama, and specializes in oral surgery, single and full-arch implant placement, sinus augmentation, full-mouth rehabilitation and IV sedation.
The Professional Side
Born in Pensacola, FL, and raised in Fairhope, AL, Dr. Olivia Orfanello attended the LSU School of Dentistry for her undergraduate degree before earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at The Foundry Dental Center in Birmingham, AL.
At the Foundry Dental Center, Dr. Orfanello received specialized training in oral surgery, single- and full-arch implant placement, sinus augmentation, full-mouth rehabilitation, and IV sedation. She is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
Dr. Orfanello enjoys the artistic side of dentistry and getting to work with her hands to improve people’s lives. Her philosophy of patient care is to treat everyone as she would her own family, and she ensures a positive, comfortable experience by forming close relationships with her patients.

The Personal Side
Outside of the office, Dr. Orfanello enjoys baking, cooking, deep-sea fishing, and traveling. Her favorite things are Alabama football, Italian food, espresso, and Pride and Prejudice. She is looking forward to marrying her fiancé, Andrew, also a dentist, in Europe.
